Hummus Wrap for lunch today! Homemade hummus, quinoa, sliced tomatoes, onion, lettuce, and alfalfa sprouts on an ezekiel wrap. I usually order one from Help Yourself but when the salad I ordered yesterday was literally filled with sand, I couldn’t do it. When I called to tell them about my sandy salad the rather intelligent hippie on the phone was kind enough to explain to me that organic lettuce is sandy. Of course it is. Until you wash it!
