I have a true passion and undying love for gastronomy.
I'm a founder of CulinaryCulture, a site devoted to serious and aspiring foodies. I dabble in custom architectural and interior design from time to time. I have a couple of other exciting projects in the works, so stay tuned!

I'm also married to a rather interesting man, who has started companies like Threadless.com.

  1. Look at this darling new casserole dish Jacob picked up for me yesterday! I love it!!
 What an eventful weekend.
Friday I offered to cater for my friend Pete’s birthday party. Nothing makes me happier than feeding my friends! On the menu:
Mini organic sirloin burgers stuffed with fresh mozzarella on mini challah rolls with freshly sliced provolone, heirloom tomatoes, hot german mustard, finely sliced red onion, organic ketchup, and shredded romaine.
Freshly made Italian sausage and peppers.
Baked rigatoni with fresh mozzarella and basil.
Seasoned oven ‘fries’.
Greek Salad with freshly made feta
Saturday I spent the day recovering and went to an X-Marx dinner with my friend Kacy. The theme was March Meat Madness. Highlights included a delicious pork rind, pig snout, and veal testicle. Browse through photos here.
Sunday we finally had brunch at Nightwood, where I dined on some mighty delicious biscuits and gravy. I highly recommend it. Then we met up with friends and had a raw homemade dinner of kumamoto oysters and freshly ground grass-fed steak tartare.
Have a great week everyone!
