I'm a founder of CulinaryCulture, a site devoted to serious and aspiring foodies. I dabble in custom architectural and interior design from time to time. I have a couple of other exciting projects in the works, so stay tuned!

1. Fiesta Friday!!

   I’m hosting a Mexican themed dinner party at our place tonight!

   On the Menu:

   • Traditional Mexican Lime Soup
   • Tacos al Pastor
   • Barbacoa Burritos
   • Spinach, Jicama, Radish, & Papaya Salad
   • Black Bean and Corn Salad
   • Pico de Gallo
   • Guacamole
   • Habanero Salsa

   My friends are bringing mixers for cocktails (I see fresh pomegranate and mint!) and dessert. I’m excited to see what they come up with.
