Loaded Antioxidant Berry Smoothie
I absolutely love this smoothie. It has no added sugar and all the antioxidants. Blackberries rank extremely high on the ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) scale, so don’t skip out on them! You can make this smoothie with any fruit you like. You can also substitute the rice milk for almond or coconut milk, but I wouldn’t recommend it! (in terms of flavor)
This recipe makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of blackberries
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 2-4 ice cubes depending on size
- 1 1/2 cups of rice milk
