My favorite detox salad.
A 48 hour detox is in full effect for me and I wanted to share some of my favorite detox recipes!
I love having a raw salad for lunch, and this is my absolutely favorite. It’s really simple and quick to make:
- Two lightly packed cups of mixed greens
- 1 lightly packed cup of baby spinach
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- a few thin slices of red onion, quantity to your preference
- 2 Tablespoons roasted pumpkin seeds
- a handful of sprouts
- a generous drizzle of Carrot Ginger Miso Dressing (this stuff is amazing!!)
I switch the recipe up a bit and add broccoli, raw mushrooms, celery (great for stress), and radishes.
