If you’re a young chef who’s dreamed of opening the next avant-garde restaurant in Chicago, I want to take you out to lunch.
Some things I’m looking for specifically on our end are:
- At least 10 years experience
- Creativity and mad presentation skills (think Guy Rubino)
- An interest in molecular gastronomy
- An incredible attention to detail
- Somewhat tech-savvy
- Somewhat of a neat freak
- An outgoing, energetic personality
