Although I’m not Jewish. I love love love Jewish food. My grandparents were survivors of the holocaust and hid over 30 Jews in their attic during the war- something punishable by death. My grandpa was hauled away on a concentration camp train twice and escaped twice. Needless to say, my grandma who was always a great host, wanted to make everyone feel at home, so she started experimenting with Jewish cuisine.
