Its 50 degrees and sunny in Chicago today.. you just can’t beat that on a Friday. We close on the office next week. Our architectural plans are all ready to go, so we’ll start construction in the next couple of weeks! We also close on our house in Key West at the beginning of April, so we’re plenty busy.. especially with Jacob’s new real estate ventures in Aspen or Boulder or whatever. I guess you might as well go in and scoop up whatever you can while the market’s in your favor.
