Getting a Jump on the New Year
I’m super stoked to find out what’s in store for 2010, but in the meantime, I have a bit of a jump on my resolutions, and I already feel more fulfilled:
- Eat mostly vegetables. That means being vegan for most of the week.
- Juice at least once a day.
- Take a half-day to myself once a week. I’m always running around accommodating everyone, except for myself.
- I’m cutting out all the people in my life that just bitch and complain. I have too many inspiring friends to waste my time listening to people talk about how bored they are, how tired they are, or how much they hate this or that. It really gets me down, and honestly, I can’t relate.
- Do at least one cultural thing a week.
