Stuffed Lebanese Roasted Chicken with Zaatar Butter.
Sunday dinners are the the absolute best. I came up with this roasted chicken as part of Middle Eastern night. The zaatar butter is seriously a keeper. Everyone loved it.
Other accompaniments: flatbread, and my favorite salad in the world.
