After a somewhat frightening day of sailing the ocean, I wandered into the Key West aquarium, and discovered this amazing little alien. I’m obsessed.

Potato and Red Bean Enchiladas
in a fresh tomatillo, tomato, and red arbol chile sauce.
This recipe was originally intended to be vegan, but I couldn’t help melting some queso on top!
I’m not at all a fan of deep dish pizza, ie. massive flavorless mess of a pie. It’s a total gluttonous crime.
That said, I’ve paid a visit to Burt’s (featured on No Reservations) in the last few months, had some decent pizza, and didn’t walk out committed to a juice fast. So I’d recommend that if you’re stoked to try deep dish.
