Greek Night
Tonight is Greek Night! What I’ll be making:
Spanakopita
Greek salad with fresh kalamata olives, tomatoes, feta, pepperoncini.
Feta and dill stuffed chicken breasts braised in a white wine dill butter sauce served over orzo.
Dessert by my friends.
