Lets meet up.. email me.
I feel like I get sick everytime I fly. Is my only solution to take airborne before a flight? Does that stuff even work?

Fickle Bosses Deemed Worst - New York Times →
“No one likes working for a manager or supervisor who consistently criticizes and insults the staff. But a recent study suggests there is a type of boss considered even worse — the one who will be supportive one day and knock you down the next.”

Everyone’s had a bad boss- there are more than good. Don’t become one. Its worth the effort.
After being delayed an hour and a half from Miami to Chicago and then waiting for my baggage for hour, I finally could get in a cab and rush to the pet hotel to pick up my pups before their check out time expired.
We were delayed because of the snow and it was falling pretty hard. Our cabby didn’t seem to care and drove at 60 in a 40 and crossed over 3 lanes without stopping to look.. I...
I recently stumbled upon the Travel section at nytimes.com and it is awesome. All you do is type your destination in the search field and it not only gives you a handful of articles about where you’re traveling to, but also offers suggestions for where to stay, where to eat and what to do. I really like the way they organized their ‘where to eat’ suggestions. One column...
Putting your tumblr page into google analytics takes the experience to a whole new level.. I’m amazed at how much I’ve learned about my readers. :)
So I was making reservations at The Standard in Miami.. and was repeated assaulted by this message in caps:
“THE STANDARD MIAMI IS AN ADULT ONLY PLAYGROUND, CHILDREN UNDER 14 ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY”
Surely they could have found a nicer way to inform me of this.
Hi guys! Jacob and I are going to be in Miami the 22nd and the 23rd so let me know if you want to get some drinks and maybe show us around your amazing city.. :)
We’re also going to be at SXSW (interactive). Let me know if you’re going and if you’re free!
Happy Valentines Day!

Following this article on Monday, Facebook made some changes. I wasn’t expecting this so soon. I’m mildly impressed. :-P
How Sticky Is Membership on Facebook? →
“Some users have discovered that it is nearly impossible to remove themselves entirely from Facebook, setting off a fresh round of concern over the popular social network’s use of personal data.”
After Mark’s heinous interview on 60 minutes the negative press just keeps rolling in.
Jacob and I just got back from a few days of sun down South.. and it came at good time, seeing as how Chicago got about 5983489 inches of snow while we were gone. In that time I fell in love with Miami- the cuban culture, the art deco architecture and neon everywhere.. so we might get a place and do some work out of there. project after project, huh?
I love being back at home.. back in the...
Symptoms of structural deficiency in an organization:
Decision making is delayed or lacking
The organization does not respond innovatively to a changing environment
Employee performance declines and goals are not being met
Too much conflict is evident
I found it pretty interesting that these four simple symptoms could be applied to the stories of the demise of almost all failed companies.

79,000 Microsoft employees, absorbing 13,600 Yahoo! employees. How do you coordinate the efforts of 92,600 people? Does MS have a philosophy? Is there a supernatural promise? Is there even a goal, like, “We’re trying to make the best software.” ?
