I'm a founder of CulinaryCulture, a site devoted to serious and aspiring foodies. I dabble in custom architectural and interior design from time to time. I have a couple of other exciting projects in the works, so stay tuned!

  2. Greek Night

    Tonight is Greek Night! What I’ll be making:

    • Spanakopita
    • Greek salad with fresh kalamata olives, tomatoes, feta, pepperoncini.
    • Feta and dill stuffed chicken breasts braised in a white wine dill butter sauce served over orzo.
    • Dessert by my friends.
